Goal 1.  Introduction of training mechanisms to improve the skills and knowledge of staff of inpatient social protection institutions regarding the observance of human rights by providers of social, educational, and medical services.

Tasks for the implementation of goal 1:

• Analytical activities.
• Development and implementation of a methodological base for the implementation of training and advanced training of providers of social, educational, and medical services.
• Conducting training for stakeholders.

Goal 2.  Implementation of monitoring activities of providers of social, educational, and medical services.

Tasks for the implementation of goal 2:

• Participation in monitoring activities.
• Identification of human rights violations.
• Providing recommendations to providers of social, educational, and medical services, local governments regarding the elimination of identified violations.
• Implementation of sociological research on the level of satisfaction with the received social, educational, and medical services.

Goal 3. Ensuring the sustainability of the ecosystem of providers and recipients of social, educational, and medical services.

Tasks for the implementation of goal 3:

• Collection and analysis of available data.
• Mapping of providers of social, educational, and medical services.
• Educational activities.

Goal 4. Analytical and research activities and development of regulatory legal acts that regulate the activities of providers of social, educational, and medical services.

Tasks for the implementation of goal 4:

• Development of a methodology for analyzing existing NPA.
• Carrying out analysis.
• Development of recommendations and proposals.

Goal 5. Lobbying for policies aimed at respecting human rights.

Tasks for the implementation of goal 5:

• Organization and participation in the work of working groups on developing policies aimed at protecting human rights.
• Dissemination of information on the elimination of human rights violations by providers of social, educational, and medical services.
• Advocacy.

Goal 6. Coordination of the search and distribution of resources among providers of social, educational, and medical services.

• Humanitarian activities.
• Coordination of activities within the framework of humanitarian assistance.
